Information we use

PawPal stores account details, pet profiles, selected parks, playdate participation and messages needed to operate the service. Security events may include a privacy-preserving IP hash.

Public and private information

Public park pages may show aggregated registered pet counts. Private messages, account email, home address, NFC medical notes and scan history are not published for search engines.

Your choices

Users can edit profile data, change their usual park, disable an NFC identity and log out. Contact support through the service for account deletion requests.
